Waiver, Release, and Hold Harmless Agreement

By accepting this mmessage as your confirmation of check in to the Whistler Bike Valet, you are confirming that you accept the following terms and conditions : 

1. Bikes and accessories are left at the risk of owner.

2. Only Whistler Bike Valet team members are permitted in the bike parking area.

3. A valid Whistler Bike Valet check in message must be presented to access a parked bike, or any of its accessories during and after the event.

4. Bikes must be picked up within 30 minutes of the event’s completion or otherwise posted latest pick up time. After this time, remaining bikes are left at the owner’s risk and are subject to $40 late fee. Please contact us (6049058886) to arrange for pick-up.
